The creative delivery checklist.

Use this before a client, trafficking, localization, or archive handoff. Print it, or run the same checks against a matrix in VariantGate.

01

Requirements

  • Every market and locale is represented.
  • Each channel and placement has an explicit format.
  • Dimensions, file types, byte limits, and naming rules are defined.
  • Optional variants are marked instead of removed from the matrix.
02

Delivery package

  • The final folder or ZIP contains no empty files.
  • Filenames carry the expected campaign, market, locale, channel, format, and version tokens.
  • No requirement is satisfied by multiple competing files.
  • No unrelated or unexpected file is included.
03

Validation and review

  • Image dimensions and file types match the matrix.
  • Every file is below the configured byte limit.
  • Exact duplicates have been removed or documented.
  • Every uncertain match has a human decision.
04

Handoff

  • Missing and failing variants are resolved or explicitly accepted.
  • The rename map is reviewed before files are changed.
  • The manifest and issue export are included where useful.
  • A delivery receipt records the final readiness state.

Ready means explainable.Keep the requirement matrix and final receipt with the delivery so the next team knows what was checked.
